Yorkshire and Humber Drainage Boards choose Green Park Business Park to aid reorganisation

Work has got underway to create a new regional headquarters for Yorkshire & Humber Drainage Boards (YHDB) to aid the restructure of the organisation. YHDB is a public sector management group that administers eight partner Internal Drainage Boards (IDB) which work together to manage inland rivers and watercourses across the region for the benefit of local communities. Brough Relief Road complete as final phase finishes

Work on the third and final phase of Brough Relief Road is now complete, connecting Skillings Lane and Saltsground Road with Moor Road. The road, which is developed alongside the £200m Brough South development, will ease congestion in the town by providing an alternative route for commuters and commercial traffic to access the Humber Enterprise Park. Bio-D cleans up with help from the Horncastle Group

A Hull manufacturing business has cleaned up after finding a new home. Bio-D, which makes environmentally friendly cleaning products, has moved to new 32,000sqft unit on Marfleet Environmental Technology Park, which is owned by leading commercial developer the Horncastle Group PLC. The move has enabled Bio-D to double its factory space to meet current demand and to accommodate future growth. Former maternity hospital to become state-of-the-art manufacturing hub

Hundreds of new jobs could be created in Hull after leading commercial developer the Horncastle Group PLC acquired a prime industrial site in the east of the city. The business, based on Green Park, Newport, now intends to turn Kingston Parklands – the former Hedon Road maternity hospital – into a world-class industrial and manufacturing hub. Highways England choose Green Park as location for new depot

East Yorkshire will benefit from an extended service from Highways England if a new development in Newport gets the go ahead. The government agency has submitted a planning application to East Riding of Yorkshire Council to build a new depot and salt barn on Green Park Business Park on the edge of the village.
