Brough South – Update

During the course of the initial consultation process for the proposed Brough South development, the Highways Agency and ERYC identified the need to improve the capacity of the junction on the A63. A partially signalised roundabout is proposed in place of the existing signalised junction. Some members of the community expressed concerns about the scale and location of these proposals. In response to these concerns, we have since re-submitted an amended red line boundary plan showing where the proposed roundabout will be sited. We would like to clarify that all [...]

Developers present Brough South to the community

The planning application for Brough South looks at the ‘big picture’ and can address the big issues facing Brough and the surrounding areas. The application is for outline planning permission only; this means that if outline planning permission is granted, the detail relating to the design and layout will be dealt with as part of the reserved matters applications.
