Horncastle Group welcomes Windsor Materials Handling to The Beacon

DPD to create 50 jobs at Ozone, Howden as construction work begins

International parcel delivery company DPD and East Yorkshire property developer Horncastle Group PLC have broken ground on a commercial development that will create up to 50 additional jobs. £10 million Beacon sets new standards in office market

A £10 million office campus which has already provided headquarters for two organisations and around 200 staff is now attracting renewed interest after completion of the remaining two buildings. PDR Construction is putting the finishing touches to the external amenities at The Beacon in Brighton Street, Hull, for client Horncastle Group which launched the project two years ago with help from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Leading UK Parcel Distribution Company on the move to Ozone Business Park

DPD UK Ltd is the latest company to take space at Horncastle’s Ozone Business Park near Howden, East Yorkshire following a deal secured by property advisers JLL.  The UK's leading parcel distribution company has agreed to take 47,145 sq ft of warehouse space which includes 6,716 sq ft of offices.
