East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Planning Committee has resolved to follow the recommendation in the Report to the Planning Committee for the proposed Brough South development. During the course of the initial consultation process for the proposed Brough South development, the Highways Agency and ERYC identified the need to improve the capacity of the junction on the A63.
