The Prince’s Trust does fantastic work supporting young people in the Humber region and both Horncastle Group and The WA Horncastle Charitable Trust recognise this, working with their local team whenever possible.
On Friday 19th June, the second Humber Futures event was once again held within the incredible setting of Beverley Minster. The objective of the evening was to raise the profile of the work of The Prince’s Trust in the Humber and to raise funds to support all this activity.
Together with KCOM and MKM Building Supplies, the WA Horncastle Charitable Trust was a principal sponsor of the night. Tony Horncastle said: “My trust is delighted to once again support this night where our money has been able to lever much greater sums to help youngsters in the region’”.
Guests enjoyed a banquet served by local restaurateurs Cerutti’s and were entertained by young musicians and artists who have been assisted by the Trust. The evening was compered by entertainer and comedian Jon Culshaw.
Funds raised on the night reached a fantastic £30,000, which was an amazing result and will go to helping local young people.
