DHL Facility completed on final plot of Phase 1 at Ozone Logistics Hub
DHL’s new logistics warehouse has officially been launched on Ozone Business Park, Howden. Construction of the 36,408sqft bespoke warehouse and office building was completed by Hull company Hobson and Porter Limited in September and with the fit-out process now finished, the facility is now operational. The business park has been developed by leading East Yorkshire commercial developer the Horncastle Group PLC. Barratt Homes named as first House Builder at Brough South
BARRATT Homes Yorkshire East is to build 200 new houses in Brough in partnership with the Brough South Consortium. The company will work with the consortium to develop the first residential phase of Brough South, a £200m mixed-use residential, retail, leisure and commercial scheme on the south side of the Hull to Selby railway track. Kersey Freight open new depot at Ozone Business Park
A well-known Suffolk haulier has invested more than £1m in creating a northern depot in East Yorkshire. Kersey Freight, which is headquartered at Hadleigh, established the depot on Ozone Business Park, Howden, after purchasing land from leading property developer the Horncastle Group PLC. AWARD-winning Hull construction company Hobson and Porter Limited has been appointed as the main contractor on a new distribution depot in Howden. The scheme, a 36,408sqft bespoke logistics warehouse with a two-storey office building situated on Ozone Business Park, is being brought forward by leading East Yorkshire commercial developer, Horncastle Group PLC for DHL. Phase 2 of Brough Relief Road Completed
Construction work on the second phase of Brough Relief Road has been completed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The work extends the relief road and provides a link to the £200m Brough South development on the south of the railway line, enabling construction work on the scheme to progress to the next phase. LEADING East Yorkshire manufacturer Timloc Building Products has taken possession of its new, custom-built headquarters at Ozone Business Park in Howden. The company, which is part of The Alumasc Group PLC, joins national operators Warburtons, TNT, Image Data Group and DPD on the park being brought forward by leading property developer, the Horncastle Group PLC. Ambitious Construction Company takes last office on Green Park
A FAST-growing East Yorkshire construction company has moved into the last available office on one of the region’s most sought after business parks. Cambridge Construction, which specialises in civil engineering and commercial and industrial construction, has taken a 900sqft office unit at Green Park Business Park at Newport. A Reserved Matters Planning application has been approved to build the first phase of residential properties at the Brough South development. Barratt Homes Yorkshire East was granted consent in respect of the first 200 homes to be built at the development, by East Riding of Yorkshire Council earlier this month.
