Signage heralds the start shortly of Green Park Newport, in East Yorkshire. The employment and leisure park is to be developed by Horncastle Group Plc. New investment by Horncastle helps keep manufacturing in Hull
Property developers Horncastle have upgraded a manufacturing site in Hull to ensure the premises are energy efficient and fit for purpose for ongoing local employment and potential growth. Horncastle has modified the facilities for Fan convector manufacturer Rettig (Myson) on the 13-acre Unicorn Trading Park, a key employment site close on Hedon Road, east Hull. Office Two taking shape at The Beacon
The second office is on programme and progressing well. With a net floor area of 10,463 sq.ft laid out over three floors this building, one of five planned on the site is due for completion at the end of August 2014. Countdown to the launch of Green Park – Newport
Work on this all new Horncastle employment and leisure park at junction 38 on the M62 will begin within the next few weeks. Tenders have been returned and the successful contractor will be announced shortly. The first phase will include roads and infrastructure, together with a 20,000 sqft industrial unit capable of subdivision and ten Eco-office buildings. The project is being supported by the European Union ERDF 2007 - 2013 programme. More details of the development will be available soon. Giraffes, Elephants and Hippo's have started to appear at the Ozone Business Park on the new signage being erected by local signs company Envisage Print Limited. This is no April fool.
