Horncastle are working with luxury video production company Hauxwell & Hardaker to produce a video for our latest development Green Park in Newport, East Yorkshire. The video was shot last week and shows the current Green Park site, the location and surrounding area at Junction 38 off the M62 and amenities in the nearby towns of Newport and Brough. Announcement on Office 4 at The Beacon

A planning application has been submitted to develop the final of the four grade ‘A’ premium office buildings at The Beacon in Hull. Office 4 will extend to 10,000 sq.ft. Horncastle Group helps bring Caffé Nero to Thirsk

A new lease has been agreed between Horncastle and global coffee shop brand Caffé Nero for the company to open a new outlet in the North Yorkshire town of Thirsk. Archaeological investigations at Green Park have been undertaken as part of satisfying planning conditions. New investment by Horncastle helps keep manufacturing in Hull

Property developers Horncastle have upgraded a manufacturing site in Hull to ensure the premises are energy efficient and fit for purpose for ongoing local employment and potential growth.
