After nearly 20 years at Hesslewood Hall, The PR Company have purchased an Eco 45 office and have re-located to 2 Innovation Drive, Newport at the end of July. On Wednesday 12th August, a piling rig arrived on site ready to commence the installation of 22no 9m piles to form the base of the foundation for the Wind Turbine which will produce green energy at Green Park. A planning application for a wind turbine to be erected at Green Park Business Park in Newport has been approved. East Riding of Yorkshire Council granted permission for the 50 meter to hub/77 meter to tip wind turbine on the grounds the turbine will provide jobs for local people and generate renewable energy to potentially serve the business park, local businesses and surrounding areas. Here are a couple of photographs of our current progress at December 2014 for the new eco business park in Newport, East Yorkshire. The Eco Offices and Eco Industrial 20 are both taking shape with steel framework complete. The next steps of construction will be to complete the roof cladding and wall cladding for both offices and industrial units.
