A planning application has been submitted to develop the final of the four grade ‘A’ premium office buildings at The Beacon in Hull. Office 4 will extend to 10,000 sq.ft.
The building is part of the new office, industrial and leisure development located on the main route into the city via Clive Sullivan Way.
Office 1 has been completed with Office 2 approaching final stages; and works have now begun on Office 3 which will be built by local contractors PDR construction.
