  Giraffes, Elephants and Hippo's have started to appear at the Ozone Business Park on the new signage being erected by local signs company Envisage Print Limited. This is no April fool. The business park at Junction 37 on the M62 at Howden East Yorkshire is being developed by Horncastle and occupiers include Warburton's, TNT and Image Data Group. The site extends to 32 acres and features fully serviced plots to suit both industrial and warehouse users. Buildings can be provided subject to terms on a design and build basis usually within 26 weeks.

Local property company Horncastle have let this 44,330 sqft warehouse to national parcels business TNT. The building was built in 2007 and has the benefit of an A rated energy performance certificate. Originally occupied by a shipping company and more recently by another national parcels business agents had received a number of enquiries for the vacant unit prior terms being agreed for the new letting.
