New Totem Lights Up The Beacon
It has been an exciting couple of weeks at The Beacon as a large new totem sign has been erected at this modern business park & office development in Hull. Notice of Invitation to Tender – Contract for Site Clearance at The Beacon, Brighton Street, Hull
Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified companies who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list for the removal of approximately 8,000 cubic metres of excavated material/spoil from site. Tenders will be sought in November 2014 with the works to be undertaken early in 2015. Office Two taking shape at The Beacon
The second office is on programme and progressing well. With a net floor area of 10,463 sq.ft laid out over three floors this building, one of five planned on the site is due for completion at the end of August 2014.
