International parcel delivery company DPD and East Yorkshire property developer Horncastle Group PLC have broken ground on a commercial development that will create up to 50 additional jobs. Leading UK Parcel Distribution Company on the move to Ozone Business Park
DPD UK Ltd is the latest company to take space at Horncastle’s Ozone Business Park near Howden, East Yorkshire following a deal secured by property advisers JLL. The UK's leading parcel distribution company has agreed to take 47,145 sq ft of warehouse space which includes 6,716 sq ft of offices. Planning consent for the brand new facility has now been submitted and is due for determination by the end of February 2016.
