The Horncastle Group Plc are seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to tender for the first phase of the construction of the roads and sewers on Green Park, Newport, East Yorkshire. The anticipated value of the contract is expected to be circa £250,000. It is to be tendered during September / October 012 and works undertaken in January – March 2013. New site Green Park already attracting interest
Green Park, the new 18.5 acre business park situated at Junction 38 M62 motorway, is seeing an increasing number of enquiries due to its fantastic location, offering quick and easy access to and from the motorway.
