Yorkshire and Humber Drainage Boards choose Green Park Business Park to aid reorganisation

Work has got underway to create a new regional headquarters for Yorkshire & Humber Drainage Boards (YHDB) to aid the restructure of the organisation. YHDB is a public sector management group that administers eight partner Internal Drainage Boards (IDB) which work together to manage inland rivers and watercourses across the region for the benefit of local communities. Highways England choose Green Park as location for new depot

East Yorkshire will benefit from an extended service from Highways England if a new development in Newport gets the go ahead. The government agency has submitted a planning application to East Riding of Yorkshire Council to build a new depot and salt barn on Green Park Business Park on the edge of the village. Kitchen Civils is investing more than £700,000 in building a 1,000sqm, two floor office development and vehicle maintenance compound at the sought-after location, just metres away from the M62. A FAST-growing East Yorkshire construction company has moved into the last available office on one of the region’s most sought after business parks.
